Mechanical Supervisor

Job description
NRL are currently recruiting a Mechanical Supervisor in Alloa on a 3-month contract.

About the role As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the following:

1. Supervising mechanical fitting activities, installations, and inspections on systems and equipment.
2. Overseeing all planned installations to ensure the department meets business objectives.
3. Ensuring that work is carried out in line with current processes and making suggestions for improving systems and processes to increase productivity.
4. Working within all H&S legislation, Safe Systems of Work, and control of work processes.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

1. Mechanical Systems and Equipment
2. Pressure Systems and Equipment
3. Boilers
4. Interpretation of engineering drawings
5. Risk Assessments
6. Safe systems of work

Minimum Requirements:

1. Apprentice Qualified Tradesman with either SVQ, NVQ, or City & Guilds
2. CSCS/CCNSG
