As a Media Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and organisation of media assets throughout our production processes.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a fixed-term contract based our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Collating and backing up all shoot rushes
  • Compiling shoot rushes and syncing IVs on Adobe Premiere/AVID
  • Management of media on nearline and Synology storage systems
  • Managing FTP requests - uploads and downloads
  • Keeping all spreadsheets and documentation up to date
  • Assisting productions with media management queries and being the first port of call for any troubleshooting that may be required.
  • Ingesting footage from a variety of codecs and formats
  • Liaising directly with clients
  • Working alongside the production team to help research, source, download, and organise clips for live studio, features, promos, and edits.
  • Maintenance and housekeeping of short, medium and long-term storage solutions

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Working knowledge of IPDirector and Viz One.
  • Some knowledge of editing software (Avid or Adobe Premiere)
  • Candidate will be expected to have previous experience of working in a demanding TV production environment.
  • Experience working as a media coordinator.
  • Have good knowledge of different file formats / codecs

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of production workflows.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent research ability.
  • Initiative and ability to prioritise workload without close supervision.
  • Demonstrates good editorial judgement
