Job Description
We're Hiring: Medior IT Helpdesk Consultant (Trilingual - FR/NL/EN)

Are you the go-to person when tech goes sideways? Do you love keeping things running smoothly and helping others navigate IT with ease? Our client is looking for a medior-level IT Helpdesk Consultant to join our Local IT Services team someone proactive, solution-oriented, and ready to work across our offices.

Your mission
  • Spearhead the Windows 11 rollout: schedule user appointments, prep and deliver laptops, manage recycling
  • Be the local IT point of contact in Mons and Liège
  • Manage support tickets, maintain laptop stock, and keep things running without a hitch

Who you are
  • Comfortable flying solo on-site but a true team player at heart (our IT crew spans several locations)
  • A natural communicator with strong problem-solving skills, laser-sharp organization, and a real sense of responsibility
  • A quick learner who thrives under pressure and loves helping others
  • Fluent in Dutch, with a solid grasp of French, and a good level of English

What you bring
  • Strong knowledge of PCs, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Exchange, ticketing systems, and basic networking & patching
  • Experience managing helpdesk requests and Hardware stock
  • A background in technical education and hands-on experience in IT support
