Working in a challenging yet fun outbound calling team, the main focus of this role is to retain members within the business. We do this by proactively calling members.

What do we need from you?

• Experience of outbound calling - high volume
• Involvement in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience of working within the Health & Leisure Industry.
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload
• Team player

Please be aware this is a 35 hour contract based at our Club Support in Head Office. Shifts are Mon-Fri - including one Saturday per month (Day back in lieu)
