Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (DOE) + £6850 Car Allowance
Location: North Acton - 5 Days a week

Brief:
Are you an experienced Package Manager looking for your next challenge? We have an opportunity for you working on one of the largest rail infrastructure projects in the UK HS2, managing the mechanical and electrical aspects of the project and overseeing a team of Delivery Managers.
The Role:
You'll be working on HS2 across the S1 & S2 Assets, from Euston to Old Oak Common in the North Acton Area.
For this role, you will be responsible for managing the M&E projects, collaborating with Delivery Managers and Asset Leads from conception design to construction phase and handover, ensuring all requirements are met with subcontractors and any issues are flagged and resolved.
This is a senior role and previous experience managing large projects is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as Package Manager across HS2 Assets for M&E fit out work across tunnels
- Presenting work in a client-facing environment and engaging with subcontractors
- Working with Delivery Managers to determine schedule rates for work activities and milestones to support project schedule on time and on budget
- Preparation of Project Changes, Budget allocations
About You:
- Experience working as a Package Manager of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems (MEP), during construction, testing, commissioning, and handover stages
- Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related subject
- Experience of Early Contractor Involvement models and NEC forms of contract
- Experience of running a project from design to handover
- Background knowledge of Rail projects (preferred)
- Background in engineering prior to planning (preferred)
Interview Process:
This will be a one or two-stage process, starting with an initial Teams call followed by a face-to-face meeting, or a direct face-to-face meeting with interviews lasting approximately 90 minutes.
