Our client is a leading consultancy specializing in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. They are seeking an experienced MES Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. The role involves providing advisory and implementation services for top-tier clients in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on MES solutions to optimize manufacturing operations through digital technologies.

Position Overview:

As an MES Specialist, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to design and implement tailored solutions for our client's customers. You will advise clients on the feasibility and best practices of MES solutions, manage full-cycle implementations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful transformation of their manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead MES advisory and implementation services for pharmaceutical clients, focusing on delivering the perfect-fit solutions.
• Participate in business process definition, feasibility analysis, and modeling for MES systems.
• Advise on the definition of functional requirements, system configurations, and provide guidance to development teams.
• Facilitate the design, implementation, and testing of MES solutions, ensuring the alignment of business processes and master data.
• Develop strong relationships with senior decision-makers at client organizations, ensuring the alignment of MES solutions with business goals.
• Lead proposal development efforts, organizing and driving solution design and implementation strategies.
• Contribute to thought leadership by developing innovative solutions, publishing industry insights, and participating in public speaking engagements.
• Mentor junior team members and share your knowledge and expertise to strengthen the consultancy's capabilities.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in MES, particularly in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries. Proven experience with MES validation and compliance processes is essential.
• Expertise in defining MES strategies, gathering and documenting requirements, system design, testing, and implementation.
• Proven ability to lead and execute full-cycle MES implementations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., GMP, FDA compliance, 21 CFR Part 11) and how they relate to MES systems.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required. Additional European language skills are a strong asset.
• Passion for Manufacturing: A genuine interest in manufacturing operations and digital transformation within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Global Experience: Ability to work within a global context, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
