Summary of the Role:

The Enterprise MI, Planning, and Insights function plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer journeys by designing and implementing a consistent MI framework aligned with the Diligenta strategy.

Reporting into the MI Lead, you will be responsible for producing, designing, developing, and maintaining MI reports to provide accurate and timely insights for effective operational management. You will drive data-driven decision-making across all accounts, supporting the 'One Diligenta' model. The role also involves engaging with stakeholders to evaluate business requirements, propose and implement MI solutions and enhancements, and mitigate risks related to data accuracy.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Producing timely MI reporting in line with contractual and internal deadlines
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all MI reporting
  • Engaging with stakeholders to evaluate and present business requirements
  • Proposing and designing MI solutions and enhancements
  • Leading the development and implementation of MI reporting improvements
  • Training and mentoring MI analysts and specialists
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to MI reporting and accuracy

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access/SQL, and BI tools.
  • Proven experience in producing and maintaining MI reports.
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience leading MI change initiatives and implementing best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and make strategic recommendations
