MICE PROJECT MANAGER

A NEW opportunity as MICE PROJECT MANAGER within a leading UK DMC established in 1992. We are a boutique agency specializing in MICE and sports groups. With experienced Senior MICE Project Managers based in London, Scotland and Spain, we deliver flawlessly executed events, from congresses and incentive trips to thrilling sports experiences.

Role:

As key member of the team, you will act as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers

You will plan and execute events, incentive trips and conventions across UK and Ireland; from the first call to event delivery

The role includes venue sourcing, prepare budgets, quotes, contracts and post events reports

Handle clients' presentations and logistic

Oversee on-site event coordination and management

Work from our office in Pimlico with hybrid working arrangements

Skills required:

Previous Events Project Management (2 year minimum)

Resourceful, energetic, goal focused

Spanish language or any is a bonus

Excellent Office suite and comms tech skills
