Microsoft Dynamics Help Desk Support - Business Central
1st line- 30-35K
2nd line (Escalation) - 35-50K

Our client, a leading IT services provider, is seeking mutlipleMicrosoft Dynamics Help Desk Support specialist's with expertise in Business Central to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential support to clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Business Central, escalating when necessary.
  • Assist users with system configuration, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining clear and professional communication.
  • Document solutions, common issues, and troubleshooting processes for knowledge sharing.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a help desk or support role within an IT services or ERP environment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV).
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting users with Business Central configurations, modules, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Power Platform would be beneficial.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
