Job Description
Microsoft Enterprise Solutions Engineer
Office Location: London
Salary Range: Up to £90,000
Job Type: Permanent
Hybrid Model: 5 days onsite during probation | 3 days a week onsite post probation
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and secure Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Develop Power Platform and AI (CoPilot) solutions to streamline business processes.
- Manage SharePoint for collaboration and implement Infrastructure as Code.
- Ensure system performance, security compliance, and proactive improvements.
- Lead automation and identity management initiatives.
- Design and support cloud disaster recovery solutions.
- Provide technical consultation and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with teams, train staff, and document solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing Microsoft 365 & Azure environments.
- Microsoft certifications (eg, Azure Administrator, M365 Enterprise Admin).
- Strong skills in PowerShell, JSON, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory & cloud automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
