Job Description

We are excited to announce a vacancy for the role of Microsoft Power Platform Support Engineer within our dynamic team at CPS. This is a golden opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to support businesses in their journey with Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

As a Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in resolving issues for our clients while delivering excellent customer service. Your technical expertise will ensure that Microsoft Power Platform functionalities operate efficiently, driving success for our customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support for Microsoft Power Platform users, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand and resolve their technical challenges.
  3. Document and track issues in a ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  4. Work closely with the development team to escalate complex problems and implement solutions.
  5. Provide feedback to enhance product offerings based on customer interactions and technical challenges.
  6. Participate in training sessions and keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Power Platform.
Technical Skills
  1. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  2. Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
  3. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently.
  4. Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer relationship management tools.
  5. Knowledge of SQL and databases is an advantage.

  2. Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to shared goals.
  4. Self-motivated with a keen desire to learn and grow.
