Permanent, Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm

Salary: £33,000 - £36,000, fuel card, call out rota + Benefits

We are seeking aMobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team, delivering high-quality maintenance and servicing various client sites contract in Scotland. This role will be covering both office, retail spaces and shopping centres across various locations such as Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen. This role is ideal for a skilled engineer who takes pride in delivering top-tier building services and who enjoys the variety we can offer in this role.

• Carrying outplanned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on mechanical systems within commercial buildings.
• Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
• Conducting mechanical maintenance and installations in compliance with industry standards.
• Ensuring all works are completed safely, following health & safety guidelines.
• Providing 24/7 service support as part of an on-call rota for emergency call-outs.
• Completing all necessary documentation, including job sheets and certificates.

• A minimum ofCity & Guilds Mechanical Engineering Part 1 & 2 or equivalent qualifications.
• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within commercial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, heating, and ventilation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
