The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and develop day-to-day client relationships and oversee a team of assignment management case advisors.
The Assignment Services team within People Advisory Services at EY provides comprehensive services to a diverse range of multinational clients. Our service offering consists of two key pillars:
- Mobility Transformation: Consulting with clients to enhance their global mobility function and implementing these improvements through projects and secondments.
- Mobility Talent Operate: Operating the mobility function on behalf of clients, managing end-to-end international move administration.
We are currently seeking a manager who is passionate about mobility transformation and the opportunities to work with existing and new clients in this area.
About You:

- Proven track record of leading individuals or teams.
- Ability to act and think quickly and demonstrate offerings to our clients.
- Creative thinker who will bring fresh thinking and ideas to our team and clients.

- Strategic and commercial awareness of broader business issues.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build and create relationships with new clients, providing consistently high levels of client service.
- Leading both on-shore and off-shore teams, continually making recommendations for improvement.
- Bringing creative and innovative solutions for new Go to Market ideas for our existing clients.
- Build on existing relationships and identify mobility opportunities.
- Challenging the status-quo: demonstrate and lead our clients in new directions.
- Project manage on our exciting mobility transformation opportunities.
- Utilisation of technology solutions to enhance the value of what we deliver.
- Develop and counsel junior team members, making key decisions that affect the team.
- Shape the future of the practice by expanding the breadth and depth of services offered to clients.
