The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and develop day-to-day client relationships and oversee a team of assignment management case advisors.

The Assignment Services team within People Advisory Services at EY provides comprehensive services to a diverse range of multinational clients. Our service offering consists of two key pillars:

1. Mobility Transformation: Consulting with clients to enhance their global mobility function and implementing these improvements through projects and secondments.
2. Mobility Talent Operate: Operating the mobility function on behalf of clients, managing end-to-end international move administration.

We are currently seeking a manager who is passionate about mobility transformation and the opportunities to work with existing and new clients in this area.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Build and create relationships with new clients, providing consistently high levels of client service.
• Leading both on-shore and off-shore teams, continually making recommendations for improvement.
• Bringing creative and innovative solutions for new Go to Market ideas for our existing clients.
• Build on existing relationships and identify mobility opportunities.
• Challenging the status-quo: demonstrate and lead our clients in new directions.
• Project manage on our exciting mobility transformation opportunities.
• Utilisation of technology solutions to enhance the value of what we deliver.
• Develop and counsel junior team members, making key decisions that affect the team.
• Shape the future of the practice by expanding the breadth and depth of services offered to clients.
