This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role as we continue to scale our Microsoft Modern Workplace Solutions to SME customers across the UK. You will shape our sales, pre-sales and technical messaging as well as being instrumental in delivery phases with customers.

This role requires a deep understanding of modern workplace technologies, including the full Microsoft 365 suite, Windows 11, and other related tools. The Practice Lead will work closely with various departments to ensure the successful delivery of projects and the continuous improvement of workplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of modern workplace solutions.
• Provide specialist pre-sales solution and quoting support and advice to support business goals.
• Collaborate with operational departments to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as point of escalation for technical questions and assist the team in solving them.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on modern workplace technologies.
• Develop and maintain best practices for modern workplace solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and consultants, ensuring all team members are competent and capable of delivering our solutions and services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in modern workplace technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading the development and implementation of modern workplace solutions.
• Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and other related technologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Relevant Microsoft Modern Workplace certifications.
