Your new role
We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Technician to work with a range of clients carrying out minor repairs and improvements to the building fabric, such as painting, plastering, carpentry, etc . You must be able to work to high levels of health and safety, understand and be able to work to building statutory requirements and ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme. You should be IT literate for record keeping, have good customer service skills.
What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate would have a background in facilities or mobile maintenance within the construction sector, or similar, and be qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and 17th or 18th edition, Level 2 City & Guilds in Plumbing and Heating.
