Multi Skilled Tradesperson needed in Camden, £21.18ph PAYE - Reference: RQ

To carry out building repairs, maintenance, renewals and replacements within a multitude of trade disciplines ranging from routine reactive repairs to large scale programmed refurbishment work and occupational therapy adaptations in occupied and void housing properties and other Client owned premises in accordance with best trade practice and to current standards and regulations.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Carry out building repairs and maintenance.
2. Perform renewals and replacements across various trade disciplines.
3. Manage routine reactive repairs and large scale programmed refurbishment work.
4. Implement occupational therapy adaptations in occupied and void housing properties.
5. Ensure compliance with best trade practices, current standards, and regulations.
