Multi Trader

Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Multi Trader to start Mid March in Manchester. Our client handles a variety of repairs across commercial buildings throughout the North West.

This is a Temp - Perm position where you will have a 12 week period to show the value you can add to our client.

• Execute a variety of tasks, including joinery, plastering, tiling, plumbing, plaster patch, and tiling.
• Complete repairs, maintenance, and renovations on commercial properties.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within project specifications.
• Maintain clear and courteous communication with clients and team members.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.

• CSCS Card
• Own tools, van & PPE
• Full UK Driving License
• Proven experience in multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, etc.)
• Experience with domestic and commercial insurance work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
