The opportunity

We're hiring a Multinational Proposition Consultant to join our Multinational Central team on a full-time, permanent basis. The team is very well established and high performing ensuring effective communication across QBE's global community.

Your new role

In this role, you'll collaborate with the Multinational Proposition Manager to enhance QBE's Multinational proposition, support the creation and delivery of training materials and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to boost community engagement. You'll ensure resources and tools are aligned with business needs while tracking operational tasks to maintain a high-performance culture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Performance- Work closely with key stakeholders to align on priorities and promote best practices. Support initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and maintain high standards while helping the Multinational Central Team achieve its goals.

  • Strategic Priorities- Build strong relationships with Multinational stakeholders and advocate for the Multinational proposition. Drive improvements to ensure the proposition meets the needs of underwriters and customers, while supporting operational efficiency initiatives.

  • Customer- Identify opportunities to boost confidence in QBE's Multinational proposition and understand customer needs. Enhance tools, resources, and communication to support continuous team development and improve stakeholder engagement.

  • People- Commit to personal performance and development, while fostering strong relationships across business units. Support the creation of engagement plans and the improvement of training materials to enhance team effectiveness and collaboration.

About You

You'll have an understanding of commercial insurance, ideally across multiple lines of business, with an appreciation of customer needs. Familiarity with Multinational programmes is preferred. While technical knowledge is valuable, the ability to communicate effectively to deliver business change is essential, with an emphasis on a positive attitude and proactive engagement.

  • Able to influence and prioritize tasks to achieve goals on time.

  • Organised and capable of managing tasks for timely delivery.

  • Comfortable analysing data to inform decision-making.

  • Driven, proactive, and motivated to get things done with a positive attitude.

  • Effective communicator, both in writing and verbally.

  • Good at problem-solving and clearly explaining solutions.
