Job Description

Our client is looking to strengthen and develop their OOH Media Sales team by appointing an experienced Account Manager within the Agency team. The key responsibilities for the role will be:

  • Work directly with national brands and agencies to grow awareness and sell the media properties.
  • Create effective sales collateral needed to facilitate the sale.
  • Work with the Media Director and internal support teams to create bespoke media quotations.
  • Identify incremental revenue opportunities that can be sold to the market.
  • Utilize market trends and client tracking resources to maximum benefit.
  • Manage effective and productive commercial relationships between all clients.
  • Generate new innovative ideas to help grow the business.
  • Assist with site expansions across the UK.
Skills, Education and Experience

We are looking for someone exceptional; a self-starter who is highly motivated by the opportunity to develop additional revenue streams. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience and good relationships working with Talon and other OOH Specialists.
  • Experience in OOH media sales within the national agency environment.
  • Demonstrable selling, negotiating, and presentation skills in a commercial environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of working at senior level, CEO down.
  • Dynamic and forward-thinking, with the ability to maximize opportunities and revenue.
  • Highly motivated by the opportunity to develop additional revenue streams and creative in problem-solving.
  • A proven track record of delivering results consistently.
Opportunity

As they are growing, there will be opportunities coming up in the next 12 months for promotion as we grow the teams and develop new sites. The position requires 2-3 days in the office with the rest working from home or meeting clients.
