Want to help us launch an incredible new team?

Full Time, Permanent

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Salary: up to £36,000 per annum + 10% bonus opportunity + company car

Location: Covering Nationally - ideal location with good access to Winnersh Triangle (RG41) and Hemel Hempstead

What you'll do:

  • Lead & Develop: Coach and develop your team to ensure they're equipped with the skills and experience needed to excel in their roles.
  • Drive Results: Oversee the delivery of key targets and sales goals, ensuring your team meets and exceeds expectations.
  • Strategic Impact: Collaborate closely with the Business Unit Director and Strategy Director to contribute to team strategy, create proposals, and implement initiatives.
  • Cultivate Culture: Create a high-energy, motivated culture within your team, keeping engagement and morale high.
  • Collaborate & Align: Attend weekly briefing sessions with Henkel to ensure alignment on priorities and showcase results.

You will need:

  • A full manual driving license, held for at least 12 months.
  • Proven people management experience, particularly in remote sales environments.
  • Excellent coaching and development skills with a history of achieving results.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for delivering results and driving team success.
