1. Hands-on experience in deploying, managing, and supporting IBM Cloud Pak for AI Operations (CP4AIOPS).
2. Expertise in the Netcool suite, including Omnibus, IMPACT, Message Bus Probe, SNMP Probe, and JAZZ, with experience in Topology Manager, ASM, and RBA.
3. Strong understanding of AI and machine learning models, particularly in the telecom domain.
4. Proficiency in Kubernetes, OpenShift, and containerized environments.
5. Skilled in Scripting languages such as Python, Shell, Bash, and JavaScript.
6. Experience deploying use cases using GitHub or other CI/CD tools.
7. Solid background in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar solutions.
8. Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and log analysis tools like Splunk.
9. Ability to fine-tune AI models and algorithms for optimized performance.
10. Collaborate with development, operations, and AI teams to implement solutions aligned with business needs.

1. Knowledge of DevOps, ITIL, and AIOps methodologies.
2. Experience in task automation, workflow optimization, and leveraging AI-driven insights for rapid issue detection and resolution.
3. Ability to generate reports, conduct root-cause analyses, and document configuration and deployment processes for future reference.
