Job Title: Network Engineer
Location: Monument, London (Hybrid - 3 days in-office per week)
Salary: £70,000

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Network Engineer to lead and enhance enterprise-wide connectivity solutions, including LAN, WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, Cellular, and Telephony systems. In addition to technical responsibilities, you will manage a team of two engineers, ensuring smooth operations and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
. Design, implement, and maintain global network infrastructure, VoIP systems (Cisco UC), and mobile computing environments.
. Configure and manage Juniper Switches, Routers, wireless LAN, and telephony systems.
. Oversee and guide a team of two engineers, providing mentorship and support.
. Monitor and optimize network performance while troubleshooting and resolving issues.
. Perform maintenance and upgrades, including out-of-hours work when needed.
. Support IT escalations and contribute to process and technology improvements.
. Balance project work with daily operations and occasional travel to infrastructure sites.

What You'll Need:
. Proven experience with Cisco network technologies and VoIP systems.
. Hands-on expertise with Juniper network equipment.
. Strong leadership skills and experience managing or mentoring team members.
. Excellent problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
. A collaborative mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and project delivery.
