DutiesA New Business Associate at Havas Helia would have a dynamic role involving various responsibilities across lead generation, marketing, and new business activities. This role requires a blend of creativity, curiosity, strategic thinking, and organisational skills to support the agency's growth and success. Working directly under the Director of New Business, this role would garner a lot of exposure to many different departments within the agency as well as within the broader Havas network. A core part of the role will require interfacing with leadership as well as other colleagues of various seniority.
We are looking for a Platformer with:

On the 6 month programme, you'll be involved in:
Lead Generation / Prospecting- Research new business prospects
- Help manage new business data worksheet information
- Input to new business targets strategy
- Proactive lead generation support
- Supporting event attendance for prospecting activities
- File management for collateral shared with prospects
- Client work case study creation support
- Content digital archive file management and organisation
- Marketing content ideation and execution, project management
- Keeping abreast of news in the marketing world that's relevant to our new business leads/targets
- RFI/RFP Content Archiving and organization
