Our Product Consultants are the face of our dealership and are responsible for guiding our guests through the vehicle buying process and ensuring they have an exceptional experience. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing expert knowledge of our products, and helping customers to find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.

• Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the latest new car models and technologies to customers.
• Welcome and assist customers, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Provide a tailored and consultative approach to meet individual customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups and exceptional service.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
• Negotiate sales prices and trade-in values.
• Work closely with the administration team to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
• Keep updated on product knowledge, features, and technologies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
• A customer-oriented mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving license and a clean driving record.

Proven sales or hospitality experience would be ideal; however, if you share our values, have the right mindset, and are willing to learn, we would love to hear from you. Full company and manufacturer training will be provided.
