To be successful in this role our client has said it is essential that candidates:
- have English to native level
- have sales/BD experience in drinks industry
- have relationship with different restaurants or bars
What You'll be Doing:
- Conduct market research, analyse market trends and competitors and identify new opportunities;
- Contact potential new clients (bars, restaurants and hotels); prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services if required;
- The initial sales target is to increase distribution into 10 new shops, bars and restaurants per month, minimum 5;
- Prepare frequent reviews and reports with sales data and customer feedback;
- Research on client's potential needs, brief the team of the Company on client requirements;
- Assist with company and client events management;
- Manage key relations with current customers, conduct in market customer visits to increase sales;
- Negotiate business terms with new and existing clients or business partners;
- Undertake other reasonable duties appropriate to the role as business needs require.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Essential: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role within the drinks industry. Great connections with bars, restaurants and hotels.
- Pro-active, ambitious and enthusiastic about immersing yourself in an attractive start-up company; passion for sales.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with high-level business partners.
- Strong interests in Chinese food and drinks history and culture.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
