What you will do:

1. Deliver expert diabetic foot care and advanced wound management.
2. Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
3. Manage high-risk caseloads, providing specialist advice and interventions.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to clinical audits.

Requirements:

1. HCPC registered with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
2. Experience in diabetic and high-risk foot care.
3. A confident driver, though not essential, is preferable.
