Nurse Educator - Diabetes Care - South West and Wales

Hobson Prior is seeking a Nurse Educator to provide essential training and support for healthcare professionals and patients in diabetes care. The successful candidate will focus on teaching the use of a Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) system, ensuring users are confident and informed. This position is covering Southwest England and Wales.

• Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals and patients, both individually and in groups.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and easy to understand.
• Use digital tools for remote training when needed.
• Guide patients and caregivers on using CGM systems for better diabetes management.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes through education.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with CGM systems.
• Build strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide feedback for improvements.

• Registered Nurse qualification.
• Experience in diabetes care and training delivery.
• Strong understanding of diabetes management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Proficient with technology and digital training tools.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.
• Full UK driving license.
