Contract: Maternity Contract - Full Time - 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £59,200.00 per annum!
(Dependent on qualifications, experience and including performance related bonus)
Are you an experienced and passionate leader in early years education? We are looking for an inspirational Nursery Manager to join our award-winning group at Bright Little Stars.
Located next to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, our 75 Place Stratford nursery, rated an impressive 'Good' in our Ofsted inspection in May 2023, provides a nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
We are looking for a Dynamic and Experienced Nursery Manager to lead our passionate Stratford team and play a key role in the continued growth and development of our nursery while providing exceptional care and education during this maternity cover.
As the Nursery Manager, you will take full responsibility for the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring outstanding childcare and education, a safe and nurturing environment, and strong leadership of your team. You will oversee staff development, compliance with Ofsted and EYFS standards, and parent partnerships while driving excellence in all areas.
You will need to:
- Have at least a recognised Early Years Level 3 qualification.
- Proven leadership experience in a nursery setting.
- Maintain the highest EYFS and Ofsted standards while fostering a culture of educational excellence.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets.
- Excellent communication skills and people management.
- 2 years previous relevant Nursery Management experience.
- Champion staff development and career growth, fostering a collaborative and fulfilling workplace.
- Computer literate and adaptable when working with different software systems.
- Excellent business acumen and management skills.
- Promote innovation and creativity, incorporating our Bright Little Stars Learning Programme.
