Your new company
I am currently working with a well-established, small construction company based around the Blackpool area. They are going through a period of expansion and looking to recruit an experienced and organised Office Manager. This role will include all aspects of administration, assisting with multiple departments and ensuring a smooth running of the office.
Your new role

  • Diary management for the director and managing director.
  • Preparing minutes and organising meetings for key clients.
  • Assisting with all aspects of documentation required for project work.
  • Dealing with all forms of correspondence and queries from clients.
  • Preparing documents and ensuring all databases are updated accordingly.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in administration or office management within a construction business is highly desirable.
  • Organised, hard-working and willing to assist multiple departments.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Packages, in-house and CRM systems.
  • Proactive approach to work with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to learn and implement systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
