As Omnichannel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of annual omnichannel brand plans, securing annual brand and commercial targets delivery via development/adaptation of campaigns, creation of integrated activation plans and their consistent execution across multiple touchpoints and channels.

What you'll do
Being an Omnichannel Marketing Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It's your chance to stir up real success - which means you'll be:
- Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies and annual plans to deliver business and brand objectives.
- Leading the thinking from campaign planning through to execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across the marketing mix.
- Overseeing the company's online presence within social media platforms and developing strategic frameworks for "always on" content and campaigns. Leading the relationship with the social agency and asset development to secure consistent brand execution and maximum engagement.
- Experiential and in-store execution - securing the optimal implementation of activation and experiential, ensuring brand consistency and synergies across multiple platforms (Retail, Express, Away from home).
- Responsible for delivering shopper marketing guidelines for omnichannel consistent brand execution, adapting global toolkit or developing them ad hoc for UK local initiatives.
- Monitoring and evaluating communications, activation and experiential performances to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
Who you are
It's your unique ingredients we're interested in:
- Consumer marketing experience in a dynamic, fast-paced organisation, in UK and possibly international markets.
- Strong experience in different aspects of marketing, including brand planning, promotions, communications and POS development, digital activations in the UK.
- Leadership of brand building strategy, annual brand planning, campaign phasing and development.
- Experience in developing and leading social strategy and content development in an external setting (via agency) or internal.
- Strong experience in marketing and media performance management, leading marketing and media initiatives ROI evaluation to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- Very pragmatic, commercial mindset. Understands commercial and profit challenges and turns them into opportunities.
- Ability to lead, coach positively and influence peers, franchise partners and senior stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid with the ability to work from our Central London location a minimum of 2 days per week.
