OMP Technical Consultant

Masentó are looking for a skilled OMP Specialist for our global customer to ensure smooth operations of their new OMP system. The role involves troubleshooting, ticket response, system maintenance, and user support to optimise supply chain processes.

This is a 100% remote freelance opportunity, initial 12 month contract,

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the OMP system.
• Resolve system issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Train users and provide support for OMP functionalities.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and implement system changes.
• Maintain documentation and create reports on system performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• 2-4 years' experience with OMP or similar tools.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes (demand planning, production scheduling, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

• OMP certification or relevant training.
• Experience with ERP systems, SQL, or data integration tools.
