Job Description

Job Specification: OpenShift Architect

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension)

Working Modality: Hybrid (preferably on-site; expertise prioritized over location)

Location: Paris, France

Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English

Security Clearance: Not required

Mission:

Design and Architecture: Develop and define scalable, reliable, and secure architectures for OpenShift platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Platform Implementation: Lead the deployment and operationalization of OpenShift platforms across various environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with network planning, design teams, and customers to review and enhance Low-Level Designs (LLD) and ensure seamless integration.

Technical Support: Provide expert leadership in troubleshooting, deployment, and operational testing of the OpenShift platform.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectures, configurations, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.

Technical Proficiency:

OpenShift Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift, including installation, configuration, and management in production environments.

Containerization and Orchestration: Proficiency in container technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

Cloud Integration: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating them with OpenShift environments.

Automation Tools: Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar.

Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of network design, architecture, protocols, and topologies.

Scripting and Development: Familiarity with Scripting languages (eg, Bash, Python) and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
