Operation Officer

Nexeo is currently looking for a Junior Operations Officer for a leading financial institution in Belgium.

As a Junior Operations Officer, your responsibilities will include:

Credit Application Support:

• Assist clients over the phone with their credit applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide tailored advice by analyzing each case and proposing the most suitable financial products.
• Follow up on applications to ensure timely completion.

Credit Application Follow-up:

• Verify contracts, supporting documents, legal mentions, and signatures to ensure compliance.
• Manage fund disbursement to clients' accounts.
• Offer solutions in case of non-compliance.

What are we expecting?

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good knowledge of English.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience: No prior experience required, but a background in call centers, banking, or credit is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong commercial mindset, customer-oriented, resilient under pressure, a team player, autonomous, and detail-oriented. Must enjoy phone contact with clients.
