Operational Project Assistant (Administrative Focus)

Are you looking to dive into a purely administrative role with a solid focus on data entry? This position is perfect for someone who enjoys structured, repetitive tasks and is comfortable working independently.

What You'll Do:

• ️ Primarily enter project-related data into SAP - an essential part of the project lifecycle.
• Some interaction with Project Managers (PMs), communicating occasionally via email.
• Handle repetitive tasks and processes related to project requests from various departments.
• ️ Support operations assistants in ensuring accurate data entry and process tracking.
• Work closely with your team (1 head of project + 9-10 operations assistants) to ensure smooth project administration.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Is comfortable with repetitive tasks and enjoys structured work ️.
• Has basic knowledge of SAP (or a willingness to learn) ️.
• Works autonomously and efficiently, managing time and tasks independently .
• Is bilingual (Dutch/English), with most of the team being native Dutch speakers .
• Communicates effectively, even if the job involves minimal interaction with others .

Your Profile:

• Bilingual (Dutch/French) required.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus but not a must - training provided .
• Comfortable with administrative tasks and working independently .
• Prior experience with data entry or project support is a plus.

Work Schedule & Location:

• 3 days remote and 2 days in the office.
• Flexible and balanced work schedule allowing for both focused, independent work and team collaboration when needed.
