Operational Readiness Lead

Our leading Financial Services client is looking for a highly skilled Operational Resource Lead to join their team for a 6 months initial contract.

About You: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational readiness within a corporate or financial services environment, with experience supporting large-scale technical change initiatives. You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in engaging stakeholders to ensure successful operational transitions.

Key Skills & Experience:

1. Proven experience in operational readiness or service transition management, ideally within a large financial organisation.
2. Ability to manage complex organisational changes and support business units in adopting new processes.
3. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimisation and service continuity.
