Job Description
Job Responsibilities 
- Responsible for day-to-day management of operational resilience across Syndicate 1200, being a primary subject matter expert for regulatory operational resilience and coordinating these requirements with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
- Help to own the Syndicate's IBS and ITols and be responsible for ensuring they remain relevant and accurate.
- Become the Deputy Chair of the Operational Resilience Working Group and a member of the Incident Response Team, and provide expert input and coordination to the group, and support the completion of work and preparation of materials for the Steering Committee.
- Provide support and expertise into operational resilience regulatory returns, attestations and internal committee and board reporting.
- Manage a full suite of operational resilience materials and documentation for both regulatory compliance and support for functional and day-to-day resilience work.
- Coordinate the alignment and consistent reporting and progression of operational resilience adherence with business continuity planning, disaster recovery (IT) and cyber resilience (Info Security) to ensure a joined up approach across the syndicate.
- Support the Head of Operational Controls and Head of Underwriting Operations in agreeing the strategy and priorities for operational resilience compliance, enhancing broader business awareness and ensuring necessary alignment with Westfield Group.
