This is a brilliant opportunity for an Operations Director to join an exciting and rapidly growing company who will offer autonomy and the ability to bring your strategy, implementation and ideas.

The company delivers niche and popular software solutions in the fashion sector. All their processes are innovated and designed in-house by experienced software professionals, and due to increased demand, they are now looking to expand their senior leadership team to manage functions and oversee further growth.

In this role you will:

1. Manage supply chain management software projects.
2. Oversee a remote team of 10.
3. Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Manage revenue and budgets.
5. Provide insights to the MD and report directly.

1. An experienced Operations Manager or Director.
2. Strong knowledge of software/SaaS implementation and supply chain management within the software industry.
3. An expert people leader with natural leadership skills.
4. Capable of driving teams forward and ensuring success.
