Job description

• As the Operations Manager - Wind Energy you'll be part of the management team, be contributing to strategic decision-making and to the leadership within the organization.
• You'll be supervising service operations in Belgium, overseeing daily team activities, evaluating and enhancing operations, ensuring effective planning, coordinating with various teams, and providing financial insights.
• As the Operations Manager - Wind Energy you'll be attending customer meetings, collaborating with internal departments, conducting performance evaluations, handling disciplinary actions, fostering relationships with suppliers, and supporting recruitment.
• You'll be managing continuous improvement projects within your department, monitoring work backlog, identifying and resolving inefficiencies and reviewing departmental structures.
• As the Operations Manager - Wind Energy you'll stay updated on industry knowledge, advocate for the company's innovative technology, identify opportunities to increase customer value, provide technical support and lead customer meetings.

Your Profile

• You have a Master or Bachelor Degree in Engineering, or equivalent by experience.
• You have experience in the Wind Energy sector, with a strong knowledge of wind turbines, or similar industries.
• People Management skills and expertise in managing teams is desirable.
• Good command of English, and French or Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
• You're an excellent communicator, good negotiator, proactive and a resourceful individual.
