About the role:

To support our growth, we are looking for an Operations Manager to strengthen our team.Your mission will be to contribute to Cafler's success by efficiently improving our day-to-day operations.

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and independent individual who thrives under pressure and is eager to start and grow within the company.


What are you going to do:


  • You oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality; productivity and profitability
  • Hiring and management of freelance drivers: Selection, onboarding, documentation and contract administration.
  • Effective management of incidents with customers and freelance drivers.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve processes, products and tools to scale the operations
  • Supervise KPIs and service quality, analyze metrics, and ensure compliance with processes and quality protocols.
  • Ensuring that organizational processes remain legally compliant with regulations and standards
  • Identification of opportunities for improving service quality and operational efficiency


What will you bring to the ride:


  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Additional training in Operations Management, Transportation, or related areas (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational management in transportation, logistics, or mobility.
  • Experience in schedule planning and management
  • Knowledge in creating and analyzing performance and incident reports.
  • Knowledge in logistics software and analytical tools (Excel, BI, etc.).
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in similar companies is a plus
  • Experience in traffic or personnel management is a plus
