We're looking for an Operations Manager to join our advertising team on a 12 month FTC at our office in London.
As Operations Manager you will be a vital link with our Partner Stations to ensure we are "seamlessly delivering excellence" across all our commercial operations. This will cover both airtime and S&P campaigns, involving ensuring excellent working relationships with Partner Stations and internally at Bauer.
The role involves a diverse mix of Account Management, Project Management, Creative Planning, and Account Coordination.

This is a hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and our office in London.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead S&P delivery on all Partner Station campaigns.
- Act as first point of contact for each station for all S&P campaigns.
- Present regularly to Partner Stations to ensure their buy-in to campaigns.
- Keep the Bauer team updated with campaigns and their successes/learnings.
- Work closely with the commercial programming and sales teams.
- Offer insight into how we can make sure that campaigns can work on stations.
- Project manage all campaigns across the Partner Stations.
- Deliver campaigns and provide agency & client with exceptional customer service.
- Responsible for management & margin of production budgets.
What you'll bring:
- Experience building strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Competency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
- Excellent communication, analytical and time management skills.
- A passion for radio and understanding of the media industry.
