We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team.

This is an exciting and varied role which offers the chance of joining the team responsible for delivering the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE). You will play a key role in ensuring SQE1 and SQE2 Written assessments are delivered to the highest standards.

As an Operations Supervisor you will:

• Manage the SQE1 and SQE2 Written assessments delivered via Pearson VUE.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assessment project plans.
• Manage the readiness activities for assessment booking, assessment delivery and assessment results.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as an Exam or Academic Resources Coordinator, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you'll bring to the role

• Strong organisational skills: the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple requests while meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong administrative skills: experienced in maintaining accurate records, managing data, and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
• Ability to maintain good relationships with external stakeholders.
• Ability to work to a high level of accuracy - attention to detail is essential.
