Operator Full - Time

As a packaging operator at Perfetti Van Melle, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our famous Mentos candies reach customers worldwide in perfect condition. You'll oversee the packaging process while maintaining the highest quality standards. Monitor the packaging line and independently resolve minor malfunctions; for more complex issues, you'll work together with the technical team; Collaborate closely with fellow operators to ensure an efficient production flow and provide support when needed; Ensure the continuous supply of materials to prevent production downtime; Perform quality checks, report deviations, and contribute ideas for improvement; Be part of a medium-sized team and help maintain a positive, collaborative work environment. 33 per hour excluding shift allowance; 20% shift allowance on every worked hour; Start with a temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position; Access to internal training programs to grow within the company; Enjoy high-quality meals in our company cafeteria.
