The Role:

Lead optometrist in two modern, thriving practices.
Conduct 30-minute sight tests and provide expert advice to patients.
Mentor non-qualified staff and champion clinical excellence.
Collaborate with an experienced team to enhance patient experience and practice success.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary starting at £50,000 + bonus.
