Job Description

Description: The HR Functional Engineer is responsible for configuring and maintaining Oracle Cloud HCM. This includes change requests from the business to develop existing modules, configuring new modules that are as part of the change plan, supporting employees and managers with technical tickets raised via HR Helpdesk and supporting on BAU standard activities such as quarterly releases. In addition, collaboration between internal teams.

Key Skills Required:
  1. Ability to analyse complex HR requirements and design effective solutions within Oracle Cloud HCM.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication, organised and self-motivated.
  3. Ability to multi-task and prioritize across concurrent projects.
  4. The ability to adopt and adhere to HR policies and procedures with strong HR Business Process Experience.
  5. A strong background within HR including talent acquisition to understand the business needs.
Areas of Responsibility:
  1. Configure Oracle HCM based on change requirements and programme of works.
  2. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Oracle HCM cloud applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues via HR helpdesk.
  3. Manage the quarterly releases for Oracle HCM and updates required where applicable.
  4. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document HR system requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM.
  5. Collaborate across internal teams with internal IT, Data and Integrations team to ensure the design, functionality, and processes are aligned with change impact analysis to any downstream functionality.
