Our client, a leading Oracle Implementation Partner, is looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to take a lead role in delivering HCM Cloud projects. The focus will be on implementing Core HR, Performance, Goals Management, and Talent Review solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated consultant to lead delivery and drive real business outcomes.

Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience with Oracle Cloud HCM

Proven full lifecycle implementation experience across medium to large-scale enterprises

Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Performance, Goals, and Talent Review

Strong grasp of Application Security, Approvals, and Extensibility tools

Able to deliver innovative, practical solutions that bring clear business value

Role Responsibilities

Lead client workshops and provide best-practice guidance

Shape and deliver HCM assignments aligned with business objectives and measurable benefits

Define and manage project milestones, outputs, and timelines with delivery managers and clients

Produce high-quality documentation for configuration, testing, data migration, and knowledge transfer

Build trusted client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure successful outcomes within project scope
