Oracle HCM consultant

For an international client of Eswelt, I am urgently looking for three Oracle HCM Consultants with at least 3 years of relevant experience. The organization is seeking three specialists who can contribute to optimizing HR processes and applications.

Required profiles:
- Oracle HCM Consultant - Core HR
- Oracle HCM Consultant - Talent Management
- Oracle HCM Consultant - Workforce Management

What will you do?
- Implement and optimize the specific HCM module.
- Analyze HR processes and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
- Conduct post-implementation evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

Your profile:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Team player with excellent analytical skills.
