Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end delivery of large Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll workstreams.
• Leading client facing meetings and workshops.
• Guide offshore teams to design, configure and test a process area to successful deployment for a client.
• Support in business development and sales initiatives.
• Lead practice growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track-record of delivering multiple large, complex Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll programmes.
• Strong functional knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll.
• Strong consulting capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience in pre-sales and business development activities.
