Oracle OIC Consultant

Description: Our client is undergoing a large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation, integrating Oracle Cloud Procurement, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Financials. We are seeking an Oracle Integrations Cloud Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions.

5 Key Skills Required:

1. 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OCI, and VBCS.
2. Strong expertise in integrating Oracle Cloud Procurement, SCM, and Financials modules.
3. Proficiency in developing REST/SOAP APIs, BIP reports, and event-driven integrations.
4. Experience with OCI Services (Functions, API Gateway, Object Storage, Compute, etc.).
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize integration performance.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

1. Design, build, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OCI, and VBCS for seamless data exchange between Oracle Cloud Procurement, SCM, and Financials.
2. Develop and expose REST/SOAP APIs, leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and VBCS to create custom applications and integrations.
3. Optimize integration performance while ensuring security best practices, including authentication, encryption, and role-based access control (RBAC) across Oracle Cloud applications.
4. Monitor, diagnose, and resolve integration issues proactively while continuously improving the efficiency and reliability of system-to-system communication.
5. Work closely with business analysts, functional teams, and technical architects to gather requirements, align integration strategies with business goals, and ensure seamless system interoperability.
