Organizational & Change Management Consulting Director (M/F)

The role will involve daily exposure to our clients and Cognizant senior management. Reporting into EMEA OCM Lead and based in our headquarter in La Défense, this role offers hybrid work model.

- Drive France OCM growth :

1. Drive and support the development of OCM capabilities
2. Identify opportunities for new service offerings related to OCM
3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to continuously enhance OCM expertise and competitiveness

- Grow France OCM business through becoming trusted advisor:

1. Lead and deliver advisory engagements to gain mindshare of the client teams and influence sizable downstream revenues
2. Evangelize and promote OCM capabilities internally and externally
3. Drive business development and growth of OCM pipeline in France, with a particular focus on current program / clients in France

- Deliver large-scale Organizational Change Management (OCM) programs in French accounts:

1. Mobilize OCM programs ensuring they are set up for success and personally lead critical client engagements.
2. Lead and deliver OCM programs involving multiple service lines, including stakeholder management, change communication, and training and development.

- Build a strong France OCM Consulting team :

1. Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development through ongoing training, research, and collaboration.
2. Collaborating with other OCM practice leads to cross-leverage methodologies, frameworks, intellectual property, and accelerators.
3. Providing leadership, coaching, guidance, and mentorship to team members, demonstrating a proven track record of team followership, positive feedback, and successful personal development.
4. Nurture and develop effective collaboration with other horizontal and vertical consulting practices in France as well as with the wider Global/EMEA OCM consulting team.

1. 15+ years of experience in deep domain or extensive cross-sector business management, including the creation and go-to-market execution of practice offers in Change Management.
2. A successful track record of setting and achieving engagement targets, controlling budgets, managing forecasts, and driving an organization of professional consultants in winning business and achieving financial targets.
3. International experience supporting or driving global initiatives is a plus.
4. Experience in building results-oriented, high-performing consulting teams or organizations recognized for excellence.
5. Personal leadership and a desire to create a culture that enables exceptional outcomes.
