Where You Come In
Based out of our London HQ, at least three days per week and reporting to the CEO you will play a key role in growing the customer arm of our video marketplace.

As our Outbound Sales Manager, you will:

  • Be the face of commercial licensing for publishers and brands.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through self-managed research, networking, and collaboration with our marketing team.
  • Proactively generate leads and drive new revenue through outbound sales efforts.
  • Deliver against sales targets by closing new business deals.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

Must-Have Experience:

  • Proven success in outbound B2B sales and/or licensing, ideally within media, ad sales, or social publishing.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets, with specific examples of lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, especially with B2B marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with the social media space and user-generated video (UGV) trends.
  • Experience selling to publishers and brands.
